Why hire a photographer?

13 frames of the moments that stay

Because the moments that matter rarely wait for a phone to unlock. A photographer’s job is not just to take pictures. It is to see the moments as they are happening and hold onto them before they disappear.

You get to be in it.

When you are photographing, you are managing the camera. When someone else is photographing, you get to watch the game, hold your kid, laugh with your family, enjoy your co-workers, and actually be present.

That is the part you will wish you had back.

Precision. Passion. Photography.

13 Frames of Pure Game-Day Energy

I photograph players the way families actually want to remember it — sharp action, real emotion, and portraits that feel like the player, not a posed snapshot. Whether you need one athlete captured at one game, all season, or a full team, every session is built around clean, high-quality images you can print, share, and keep.

Your business needs photographs. Elle 13 can make them!

Whatever business you’re in, your website and social media need images that look like you and not stock photos of someone else’s life. Elle 13 Productions photographs the work you do and the people you serve, so visitors can see the real thing before they ever walk through the door.

Restaurant? Yes. I photograph the food, the room, the bartenders in motion, the plates that make people hungry enough to book a table.

Let’s have a conversation about what you need to capture.

ABOUT ME

Trust me, I know how much you want to hold on to every second

I’m not just behind the camera. I’m a softball mom.
Hi — I’m Jessica Sturges. My daughter, Yvie-Giselle, is 15, an outfielder who has been on the field since she was 9. She played Dunedin Little League, lived the travel-ball grind, and now plays for Calvary Christian High School. Go Warriors.

I know what it feels like to blink and realize the season is already half over.

I know the pride of watching her grow into her swing, the nerves before a big game, and the way you try to memorize a moment while it’s still happening. I also know how hard it is to watch the game and capture it.

That’s why I photograph the way I do. I shoot like a parent who understands what these years mean — and like a photographer who refuses to let the best seconds slip by. That’s the real reason to capture your softball player while she’s still out there playing.

But I am more than the scoreboard.

I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communication. I spent more than a decade at Tampa Bay Arts & Education Network, a local television station. For years I photographed family, friends, and business associates on the side. Now I get to do this full-time, and that work has grown beyond the diamond.

Every moment has a place. Some of them are easy to miss. Let’s work together to catch the ones you want to keep.

"Softball is not just a game; it's a passion that fuels the soul."
